Sanasa Life Insurance which is a leading Life Insurance provider in Sri Lanka recently donated an air-conditioning machine to the operating theater of the De Zoysa Women’s Hospital in Colombo that had been in short supply for a long time.

During the recent epidemic, the SANASA Movement, as one of the island’s foremost community based organizations dedicated to the well-being of the rural grassroots in Sri Lanka, carried out a number of social service and relief activities to the people under the name “SANASA Sahana Athwela” Project.

Mr. Wasantha Perera, Deputy General Manager of SANASA Life Insurance stated that the donation was made in line with the visionary leadership of SANASA leader Vishwa Prasadini Dr. P.A Kiriwandeniya and his concept of “Social Responsibility beyond Business”.
