We have conducted a successful Outward Bound Training for Mathale, Kurunegala and Gampaha branches who have achieved highest number of Life Insurance business in 2nd quarter of this year. This program was held  at  Thotupola Resort near to Bolgoda Lake in Moratuwa on 13th August 2011. All staff attached to the above branches were participated for this program. They have revealed their potentials during this training program in terms of work as a Leader, work as a Team and enhance their life styles. Feedback we received from this program is excellent and will planing to conduct this training program for high achievers in near future.
